Our first cello recital in over two decades features the 23-year old winner of the Naumburg International Cello Award. “Bursting with potential” and performing with “impressive command and imaginative thought” (Contra Costa Times), Requiro is one of today’s most promising cellists and has captured first prizes in several other international competitions in addition to the Naumburg. With critically acclaimed pianist Jonathan Korth, who has a multi-faceted career as soloist, chamber musician, and teacher.
